Being a Part of Hart Van Zuid Project of Rotterdam City Hall, Kunstenpand replaces existing Artcenter in Zuidplein, Rotterdam. Comprised of Theater, Library and Catering zones, the core building structure is made of three reinforced concrete halls highest of which having a height of 25.15 m, constructed by climbing formwork systems.
